New Brand Creative Well-Being
Kate Hill got in touch very early in her entrepreneurial journey with a classic startup question: Where do I even start with all this?
All there was an idea - to use her artistic background to offer creative wellbeing sessions while training for a qualification in Art Therapy. We worked extensively on positioning, on identifying stakeholders in her sales process and how to appeal to those decision-makers. This is always a problem when the end user or beneficiary of a service is not the one actually paying for it.
We worked on de-mystifying her process, developing words and phrases that will allow her to connect to her clients. We also focused heavily on creating a very positive emotional response to something that can be associated with being "broken".

Kate's brand identity is deliberately upbeat, positive and free from gender specifics. We wanted to capture the playful spirit present in her art sessions, which are all about self-expression and experimentation.
The mood board depicts a story. Beginning with the image of a stormy ocean, of being unsettled and restless. Of not showing what is going on inside. A process of play and experimentation leads to emotional release, symbolised by the image of dancing joyfully in the summer rain.

Over a few weeks, your approach and guidance helped me to transform my abstract concept into a professional brand and tangible services I can easily convey. People now get what I do, why I do it and the value I deliver to target clients.
Importantly, I now feel I have a proper business, the confidence and messaging to go out and sell it to others. It’s exactly what I needed to kickstart my business.
This is so different from a few months ago when I felt unable to promote my idea to prospective customers.
Working with you was an enjoyable collaboration to deliver the best outcome for me. You took the time to delve deep into my business, teasing out and translating my abstract thoughts through a process adjusted to suit me.
The result is a superb brand and logo for my new business. I was part of the team that created it so I understand the feelings behind the brand and the words to use when networking, on my marketing materials and website.
